We are adopting!

We are beyond excited to announce that we are adopting a baby!

We have walked a hard road of loss and grief the past 2 years with 4 miscarriages, but have hope in the Lord on this new journey we are on. After much thought and prayer, the Lord has led us to domestic infant adoption.

As part of our adoption process, we have started this crowd funding platform to help raise support. It may surprise you to hear that adoption-related costs can easily total up to $50,000 or more. We are working hard to raise the first $25,000. We are asking for your help to raise the other $25,000.

In order to reach this $25,000 goal, we are doing a puzzle fundraiser. A puzzle is a great symbol of ALL the people (pieces) we need to help bring our baby home, plus it’s a great keepsake for years to come.

It works like this: We have a 1000-piece puzzle and we are “selling” each puzzle piece for $25. You can buy 1 piece or multiple pieces. There is no limit! Once you purchase a piece, we will write your name on the back of one of the puzzle pieces. Once every single piece has been “sold,” we will put the puzzle together and hang it in a double-sided glass frame in our home so that we can always look back and be reminded of who had a “piece” of bringing our little one home!

If you wish to make an additional donation above the $25 price of a puzzle piece, simply put the desired donation amount in the box and proceed to process your payment. The other amazing thing that you could do to help would be to spread this news! Please share it with your families and friends.

    It’s been a while since we’ve put out an adoption update…so here ya go!

    We are still receiving potential matches from our agency. We have said “yes” to several cases but haven’t gotten our “yes” back yet.

    We are waiting and trusting the Lord and His perfect timing. We appreciate all the prayers and support from everyone! We are beyond blessed!

    Every day we’re a little closer to bringing home our baby. We couldn’t have gotten this far without so many of yall! ❤️

    Change of plans

    It is with sadness we share that the expectant momma has decided to change her mind. This adoption won't be going through.

    We would love prayers for her and the baby. And for us as we process.

    We do have a praise that we get our match money back and get to go back into active status. So we will wait on the Lord for His perfect plan.

    We are matched! 🎉🎉🎉

    We got an early Christmas present this week. We matched with an expectant mom, awaiting the arrival of a baby boy due in February! 💙

    Please pray for this momma and her baby! May the Lord give peace, comfort and safety over these next few weeks! May they know they are loved and supported! ❤️

    One more prayer. We are still in need of $20,000 to be fully funded. We are looking for more friends and family to partner with us to help bring our baby home. Would you be willing to share out story? If so, please give them the link to our page.

    We got the final approval from our adoption consulting company, FAC, and are ready to start receiving placements!
